APC has developed a system of project delivery where it can be tailored to the need and requirements of the client

This project delivery is a further development of an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) project delivery

This system needs to be developed at the start of each project to ensure smooth co-ordination and completion. Through this approach the client input and risk can be identified. Hence the name Interactive Project Delivery.
